1 Two Great Swans
Sri Ramakrishna is regarded by spiritual aspirants all over the world as the greatest example of devotional path (Bhakti Marga) towards Self-Realization/God-Realization, and Sri Ramana Maharshi is considered as the best example of Knowledge path (Jnana Marga). But such a categorization is too limited and is only surface deep.
If one studies carefully the lives and teachings of these great incarnations of divinity, one is bound to accept that each was perfect in Jnana as well as in Bhakti, in Reason as well as in Faith, and in Inner realizations as well as in Outer expressions. A Self-Realized seer is known as Paramahamsa (Great Swan) in Sanskrit -- one who can separate milk (God/Self) from water (non-self/world).
The book explores the similarities between the life and teachings of these two great swans through various aspects of spiritual life.

2 Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi
Sri Sarada Devi, the wife Sri Ramakrishna, the 19th Century saint of India, was a remarkable woman. During her lifetime she was very less understood; only few monastic disciples of Sri Ramakrishna and lay devotees understood her correctly. But with the passage of time, her greatness -- spiritual as well as general -- is spreading rapidly. She is being recognized by many as the authentic manifestation of the Supreme Divine worshipped as the Divine Feminine.
Hinduism allows worship of God in many aspects; one of the famous aspects is worshipping God as Mother. And this ancient practice has evolved elaborate images, rituals, customs and traditions - forms like Durga, Kali, Bagalamukhi, Lakshmi etc. and scriptural works like Devi Mahatmyam (Chandi), Lalita Sahasranama, Saundarya Lahiri etc. Then there are historical great women saints/incarnations like Sita and Radha. In the life of Sri Sarada Devi, we get glimpse of these mythological and historical Divine Feminine forms manifested brilliantly and effortlessly.
This book attempts to gather some of them and present it to the readers.
